All orders are shipped UPS within 24 to 48 hours of placing your order. Shipping costs are based on weight, whether you want standard or express shipping and where the items are to be shipped.
Returns:
Custom Roasting Inc. is committed to providing you with the highest quality product available. However, if a shipment should arrive damaged or you are dissatisfied for any reason with our coffee, please return it to us via the carrier of your choice within 30 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but we will replace the product at no charge or refund the amount of your purchase to your credit card.
